Mental health counselling
When you face a serious illness or a hard turn in life, the anxiety, fear, anger and sadness swirling inside can ease a little just by being spoken aloud. In sessions with a clinical psychologist you meet regularly, every week or every other week, and put the feelings that are here right now into words, at your own pace. Counselling is a safe space, set apart from your everyday relationships. What you say is kept private, and you are not judged. Through approaches backed by research, such as stress management and cognitive behavioural therapy, we work towards recovery and holistic wellness together.
