Cancer, chronic illness, mental health — whatever you have lived through can support someone who is there right now.
[Translated Page] This page is translated from the Japanese original for your reference. Peer Heart Saver training is currently conducted in Japanese only. We are exploring the possibility of offering training in English in the future.
This program is open to anyone who has experienced a serious illness or mental health challenge — not limited to any specific condition. Whether you've faced cancer, autoimmune disease, chronic pain, depression, or any life-altering health experience, your journey can help others.
Many people lose income after illness. Supra Mentor offers flexible online work that fits your condition, so you can stay connected to society and be paid for it.

Yes. Any diagnosis is welcome. Autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, depression — anyone with serious health experience can join.
As a general rule, at least one year must have passed since your first diagnosis. The video training goes at your own pace, so those still in treatment can pause and resume whenever they need to.
It varies from person to person, but each video is kept short, so most people finish in about a month.
As a general rule, please apply within two weeks of passing the video training. Applicants receive supplementary materials, so you can review at your own pace and prepare with confidence before the practical session.
All Peer Heart Savers provide 30-minute sessions at 2,500 yen each. For details, please see the peer support service page.
You decide, based on your health and your schedule. There is no required number of hours.
We are adding more languages to the training. Please tell us your preferred language when you apply.
The 9 free videos begin as soon as you apply.
The practical session can be booked once you pass.
